15 years ago Graham installed a flat roof for us. We recently had a problem and Graham came and sorted it immediately, what fantastic service!!

Paramount did a great job repairing a potential leak area in the valleys of the roof area over the bathroom.
They showed me photographs of the problem area and explained what they would be doing to effect the repair. They left the area where they worked very clean after they had finished.

Roll-Out Dry Ridge system fitted; prompt submission of quotation; arrived on time on agreed date; work completed in one day; all detritus cleared away.
This system is new to me but compliance with British Standards and tested by the Building Research Establishment gives me confidence that it will outlast my lifetime (and hey, I’m not that old).

We recently had cause for urgent help when a set of ridge tiles on our roof were blown off in a gale.
When things like this happen and you also realise that the rain is coming down harder than it was before the event you start to panic somewhat. I had visions of the whole roof coming off and the ceilings getting drenched from the rain, or worse.
Paramount have now completed our flat roof promptly and cost effectively, following an insurance saving call out over the Christmas Holidays.
They are very thorough in explaining any work they need to do, including bringing down digital photographs of problems discovered.
Many many thanks to Graham and his team for coming out a flat roof leak over Christmas.
This very wet year found out the only bit of roof we had not had fitted by Paramount. Now that has been put right we are confident there will no further issues.

We had a new GRP flat roof installed. just before christmas, NOT INSTALLED BY PARAMOUNT ROOFING it leaked!
Graham arrived between christmas and new year(saved the day) and completed a temporary repair, stopped the leak, at last we got a nights sleep, great customer service by Graham and his team, thanks, he will be back in the new year to install a new roof.

We recently had a problem with our flat roof, on a dormer extension. It was particularly concerning as we had just decorated and re carpeted. My son awoke to find water entering from the ceiling.
I recall it was a Saturday morning, very very windy and raining intensely.
We had used Paramount roofing many years previous, and in fact on our recommendation, on that occasion they repaired a neighbour’s property.
As we considered this was an emergency and therefore required immediate attention, we rang Graham. He promptly arrived and identified the problem, he had remembered us from all those years previous. We immediately gained confidence and even in adverse conditions, he did a temporary repair.
On our request he promptly gave us an estimate for a full remedial repair and reinstatement. He and his team arrived as arranged and as previous left with job done and all debris removed.
Furthermore Graham recommended a more angular pitch and full insulation. This has worked and I would also recommend this to any one in similar circumstances. Graham is very engaging and very experienced.

Graham came out at very short notice (the same day) between Christmas and New Year and carried out a temporary repair to a flat dormer roof. Since moving to an older bungalow over two years ago, I have used Paramount Roofing several times for smaller patch up jobs, unfortunatley in the next few years we will need to have the whole roof replaced. Complete new roof required to a double garage due to 30 years wear and tear. Old roof completely removed back to the cross joists by workmen, and all rubbish taken away.
New roof installed, and finished off with plasticised weather proofing. Also fitted new UPVC sides to complete the job as old wood had also perished on later inspection.
All in all a most satisfactory job completed to a high specification, and at a very competitive price. I doubt you will find any firm better than this one, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to any future customer. I can assure you that you wont be disappointed. A fabulous company, efficient craftsmen, highly recommended.

I phoned a number of companies after the storm on the 18th Jan 2007, Paramount were the only company to return my call even though they had been inundated with work. They agreed to come out and inspect the damage, which they did when they said they would, which is rare these days! They carried out interim repairs until they were able to get back to us. The day after one of the worst storms on record caused damage to our roof I tried to contact sevral companies for an estimate for repair. Paramount were the first to respond and, although inundated with work came the same day to inspect the damage.
